What happens to your message.
We read it, answer it, and that is all.
What we collect
The form on the equipment page asks for your name, your email address and your message. We also get the internet (IP) address the message came from. That is all. This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers. We count anonymous page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you.
How we use it
To answer you about the equipment you wrote to us about. The form sends your message to info@succinumholdings.com as an email, and we reply from there. The site does not save it in a database. We use the IP address to hold back spam.
Who we share it with
We do not sell it or rent it. Two services carry it to us: Railway, which runs this site and keeps its server logs, and Resend, which delivers the form email. The pages also load a typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google for it.
